As a complement to my life coaching and as an option for my coaching clients, I offer energetic healing as well. This includes light, energy-infused touch at meridian and chakra points to release stress and pain held at the cellular level, which advances the transformation process. As I lost my voice when I was facing emotional or spiritual issues, many of our blocks can be held in the body. Energetic touch can release this and can allow for greater progress more quickly.
As a Psychosynthesis Life Coach, my approach is multi-dimensional, and Wholistic –The Mind, Body and Spirit of my clients are all given attention and space to expand into their fullness. I believe that we all have a driving force within us to evolve and grow, and ultimately live happy and fulfilling lives. I believe that everything that occurs in life teaches us and prepares us for what’s next in our personal evolution.
One of my favorite quotes is from Anais Nin and reads: “ And then the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” If you’re looking for a safe place to grow into your own flowering, I can provide that.
